Rainbow Trout with Sage and Lemon
- 1/4 C. Lemon Juice
- 2 T. White Wine
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. finely chopped Sage or 1/2 tsp. dried Sage
- 1/2 tsp. grated Lemon Rind
- Rogue River Half Pounder Trout Fillets
Combine lemon juice, white wine, olive oil, sage and lemon rind. Whisk to emulsify. Brush trout with mixture.
Start your Traeger, switch to “high”, preheat for 10 min. Then brush grill with olive oil and place Rogue River Half Pounder Trout flesh side down. Grill for 10 min., brushing trout with marinade. Turn fish over, brush with marinade and cook until done, approx. 2 min. or when meat turns opaque. Serves 4.
